You'll be billed monthly at your chosen plan rate. Cancel anytime — no lock-in, no penalty.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. Your plan adjusts immediately and any prorated differences are handled automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never share your information with third parties.
What if I exceed my unit limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. No surprise fees — just a clear upgrade path.
How does the split payment work?
When a tenant pays online, the rent is split in real time: a ₱20 platform fee stays with us; the rest lands directly in your Xendit account. We never hold your funds.
Do you offer a setup or onboarding service?
We provide free onboarding for all Founding Members. I'll personally help you set up your properties and tenants.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data anytime. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
